About Maribel T. Armenta

Hi, I am Dr. Armenta, and I am glad you’re here!

A little about me… I am a First-Generation Latina passionate about mental health, migration, acculturation, and breaking through generational trauma while honoring our roots. I am someone who understands firsthand the experiences of living between two cultures, where you may not fully belong to either, navigating two languages, and learning to build strength through resilience. My own journey of breaking generational cycles has inspired my work in supporting others as they navigate the challenges of cultural identity, adaptation, and acculturation, all while embracing and honoring their heritage.
