Payment is collected at the time of each session, and receipts can be provided for insurance reimbursement if needed.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that emergencies happen and schedules change. Please provide 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling:

  • More than 24 hours: No charge; session can be rescheduled.

  • Less than 24 hours: 50% of session fee.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows: 100% of session fee.

This policy ensures fairness and availability for all clients.
